Buying access equipment from a Chinese factory is straightforward once the technical questions are sorted. The commercial process itself rarely takes more than a few emails; most delays come from an unclear first inquiry. Below is the exact sequence we follow with every overseas customer, and the information that lets us quote you correctly the first time.

 

Send us the machine type you need — suspended platform, building hoist, mast climbing platform, BMU or material hoist — together with the working height, the platform length or cage size, and the facade shape. For suspended platforms, the roof davit reach and any parapet or roof obstruction matter. Also tell us the destination country, the standard you work under (for example EN 1808 or EN 1495), the required quantity and your target shipment date.
 

We reply with a proposed configuration, not just a price list. If a suspended platform will not reach safely past a parapet, we will say so and suggest a shorter basket or a different davit before any money changes hands.

 

The proforma invoice lists model, main specifications, quantity, unit price, payment term, delivery term (FOB, CIF or EXW), lead time and validity. We can also issue a sales contract in English with our bank details printed on it. Nothing moves into production until you countersign and return it.

 

Production starts after the deposit arrives. A typical arrangement is a deposit by T/T with the balance payable before shipment. During this stage you receive a workshop schedule once the order enters the queue, photos of galvanising, welding and electrical testing, and a short video of a no-load run on the test rig if you ask for one.

 

Before packing, we run a no-load and load test on the assembled unit. You are welcome to send your own inspector from SGS, BV or an equivalent agency at this stage, or to ask us to record a dedicated inspection video against your own checklist.

 

The finished machines are palletised, stretch-wrapped and container-loaded as described in our shipping article. You receive the full document packet — invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CE/EAC certificate, manuals and loading photos — so that customs clearance at your end is a routine job rather than a puzzle.

 

Electrical schematics, operation manuals and spare-parts lists ship with every order. Wearing items such as wire ropes, safety locks and friction pads are cheap to air-freight if needed, and we keep a record of your machine so that a replacement part ordered two years later still matches the original build.

 

A standard suspended-platform order is quoted within two working days of a complete inquiry. A building hoist or mast-climber order depends on mast length and configuration; the lead time is stated on the proforma invoice and locked once the deposit is received.

 

Single units are welcome. Most of our customers start with one or two machines before re-ordering. Non-standard platform lengths, special voltages and custom control panels are handled in the engineering stage, not after production has begun.
